Delete/Deactivate
This website gives users two options for removing their information from Archemy's database to not receive future communications and no longer receive services provided by Archemy™ via its website. A website user can email support@archemy.com using a registered email to request the deletion/deactivation of the corresponding website visitor's record from Archemy's database. Alternatively, a registered website visitor can delete/deactivate an Archemy™ website account by logging into the account, selecting "Profile" from the "Login" drop-down menu and clicking the "Unregister" link. Please note that deleting/deactivating an Archemy™ website account should not be construed as a way to cancel and/or invalidate ongoing legally binding agreements entered into with Archemy™. Pre-existing agreements pertaining to providing services to Archemy™ or consuming services provided by Archemy™ will remain in full force as per the terms of such agreements. The same applies to any legally binding agreement entered into with Archemy™, whether or not such agreement was entered into via the Archemy™ website prior to the deletion/deactivation of the account used to negotiate, and/or execute the agreement.
Change/Modify
This website gives users two options for modifying and/or changing information previously provided to Archemy™. A website user can email support@archemy.com from a registered email to request a change/modification of the corresponding website visitor's profile information stored in Archemy's database. Alternatively, a registered website visitor can change/modify account information previously provided to Archemy™ via its website by logging into the account, selecting "Profile" from the "Login" drop-down menu and entering then saving the changes/modifications via the "Manage Profile" form.
Access requests
Archemy™ will provide users with access to their data and, when appropriate, allow them to request that their personal information be corrected, updated, blocked or deleted where it is inaccurate, outdated or obsolete, in accordance with applicable laws.
